This of course involves studying the Quran in Arabic, which is now easier than ever, as well as learning from others translations. As we all discover better translations, our books can be instantly updated for others to reference. This book is based on a collection of my favorite contemporary and historical translations/interpretations. Some are based on those written by scholars like A. Yusef Ali, Imam W. Deen Mohammed, Muhammad Asad, M. M. Pickthall, and others, including some of the translators found at IslamAwakened.com.Others verses a based on those written by devoted students of the Quran who have submitted new translations/interpretations. And still other verses are a combination of historical and contemporary. Both groups of believers are from various regions around the world including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. We are refining this collection annually, so send us your suggestions. Thank you.-A.L. Bilal Muhammad, Project Manager, Atlanta U.S.A., 2015
